PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can make a purchase via Cheque or Money Order or
you can pay using your Credit Card through PayPal.
PayPal is a secure site used worldwide. It is the
most widely used Payment option for customers on
eBay.

Please
note that all cheques will have a clearance period
of 5 working days.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY & POSTAGE
Allow 7 – 14 days for delivery of in-stock items.
You will be notified of any items that are out of
stock and of their expected delivery date. These
items will be placed on back order if requested.
We use Australia Post Express Post. The cost of
postage is calculated on weight and destination.
This will be separately itemised on your invoice.

will not held liable for the loss or damage of items
delivered by Express Post. If you would like to use
Registered Post please let us know and we will
notify you of the cost.
RETURN
& EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of
purchase, please return the goods to us in their
original and unused condition, and within 14 days of
receipt for a full exchange or credit of
merchandise*. Credits will be honoured for 6 months
from issue date. We do not reimburse for the cost of
postage.
Please be careful to measure your pet as accurately
as possible as we do not issue refunds and will only
allow one free exchange of goods. Any further
exchanges will incur a charge for re-stocking of
$15.

Please
let us know the reason for returning the goods and
what you would like the goods exchanged for. For
your protection we suggest that you send your goods
back via Express Post with insurance and delivery
confirmation for tracking purposes.
*Goods that are returned in a condition other than
their original and unused, or after the 14-day
period will not be accepted.
